Barcelona Media welcomed the September Project meetings of @neurIST

The new Barcelona Media headquarters, in the IMAGINA building in Avinguda Diagonal, 177, welcomed the biannual meeting of the European project @neurIST, on 17th September, which continued on 18th and 19th September in the França building, at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Barcelona Media – Innovation Centre is a technology center dedicated to applied research in the area of communications and the media, and to the transfer of this knowledge and technology to the businesses in this industry. In order to boost business competitiveness in the media, the centre promotes innovation and strengthens research and development in this industry. Barcelona Media bases its activity around integrating R&D+i and service laboratories to collaborative projects with business and institutions.
Barcelona Media's team, which collaborates closely with professionals linked to the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, is made up of more than 200 dedicated professionals with talent and experience, without whom it would not be possible to achieve the objectives of the centre. A high percentage of these staff are first class researchers.

an updated version of the @neurist ontology can be downloaded in the collaborative workspace, WP4.1 Ontology and Model Repository. Most relevant changes are described in the Release Notes avaiable here.
Acces to the ontology content is available at http://ontology.aneurist.org (user:ontouser, password: test++) .The ontology web browser presents with a feedback button now! All partners are very much invited to review (parts of) the ontology, and UKLFR colleagues would be very grateful for your comments and the provision of definitions for the entities that still lack definitions.
